Thoughts on Master Compressor GMT Q1738471 ?

I've been somewhat enamored with the 975H movement, and its incredibly elegant solution to dealing with a dual time zone complication. While I love the Master Hometime, I think that it may be just a bit dressy for my day-to-day, and I'm not crazy about it's low water resistance (my job is in foodservice sales, which has my hands in sinks full of water from time to time), which is why I've had the Compressor GMT models in the back of my mind. Long story short: I just happened upon a Q1738471 (stainless Master Compressor GMT) today at a nice vintage watch shop (nope--I'm not telling where!) for what looks like a fair price. I'm having a hard time convincing myself that I don't need it.

I have poked through the threads, and I didn't see a whole lot out there on this particular model. I have noted that many of you aren't fans of the crown system, but using it today felt very much like an "a-ha!" in how simple it was compared to all of my screw-downs--seems like a godsend for travel, which I do on a weekly basis.

My question to you cognoscenti, particularly those of you who may have owned this particular model: what are your thoughts? Pros? Cons? This would be a very regular watch on my wrist, and would be an "everyday while traveling and many days in between" watch.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
