A long story short, my deployant strap is the wrong way around, because I didn't realise o| the convention is to have the opposite way for a conventional strap with tang buckle. Nevertheless, I also have some nice RIOS ostrich strap for a change of flavour b-) 19mm to 16mm and so on. What are the dos and donts of changing the reverso straps - or good references for this watch. I am used to holes cases and messing around with my Breitling chronomat, but I love my Reverso :-d and wondered if people put sellotape in the lugs ahead of the manoeuvre to avoid scratching. Presumably you are trying to catch the double spring bar ridges and pull them away from the lug and into the croc strap to allow the thing to be removed. I have watched 'Archie' struggle  with his Grand Date Reverso.
