Help Me Identify This Watch

Hi - I am new to this forum. I inherited a Jaeger LeCoultre watch from my father. Can anyone here identify it and tell if it is a collectable? If it is, what is the best way to sell it to a collector? I'm trying to attach jpg's and getting an invalid file error.
