In doubt about the Memovox

Hello,

I'm considering buying a Memovox, the current model with silver dial. Unfortunately I am not able to see the watch in person. I'm not too worried about about how the watch fits my wrist. However, I never wear suits, so for me it would not be a dress watch. Do you think this watch is too formal for casual clothes (jeans, sweaters etc.)?

(I'm looking for a third watch that is different from the watches I already have (Speedmaster and a 42mm Zenith El Primero 36,000), and at least 40mm. JLC has my preference.)
