Thinking about sending my Reverso in for service. Doesn't get enough wrist time and would like a clean bill of health before I list on FS.
I'm used to Rolex sending service kits and mailing direct to RSC Texas - never serviced a Richemont before. I contacted JLC and was told to bring it to an AD. The AD who sold this is on the opposite continent, so I will be taking this to another JLC AD I bought other watches from.
Curious how this works, will JLC comp the AD on shipping, or do they ship under the brand's account number? Anything to share on the lead time, cost, general experience? Read a lot of negative things about JLC service.
Thanks :-!
