JLC Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control Date Q1548420 vs 147.8.37.S

I know there are a lot of different master control date versions out there but I can't seem to pinpoint the major differences between these two; Q1548420 vs 147.8.37.S

From what I remember, Q1548420 is just the newest version
