Hi,
My master control is due a service. I'm a bit confused on how to proceed. I live in Boston, MA. When I go to the JLC web site they suggest to bring it to a local AD. Those websites suggest that they do repairs themselves (as opposed to sending it to Richemont in Texas).
I also see Govberg Watch Repair claiming that they "provide authorized Jaeger service using authentic Jaeger-LeCoultre parts." Anyone have any feedback on Govberg or should I bring it to an AD? There is no boutique near me. Or is there an option to mail it myself to Texas - with my Rolex I mailed it to the Rolex Service center in NYC and it was straightforward - not sure why this is so confusing.
Thanks!
David
