This Reverso?

Hello, long-time member here, but new to JLC. I purchased this "Reverso Classique" here from an established member Dimensions are 38.5mm x 23.10mm. After purchasing it, I examined the case back (see picture--third one, second one got screwed up) but I cannot seem to tie either of these sets of number into a particular reference number or model. I will also be reaching out to JLC directly. I have also noted that the watch does not seem to have the distinctive "grooves" along the top and bottom of the case, as with every other Reverso I have seen, and that the right side of the dial, right where it meets the case, has a number of small dots, one in the top right corner, 3 by the "2" and 2 by the "4." More alarmingly, when I plugged in the number on the top of the case back--141.001.8--into Google, all I got were JLC replicas.

Seller said he was going to do some research.

Any input would be appreciated.
