JLC master geographic - vague feeling stems?

Just bought a (barely) used sector master geographic, still under warranty. I've noticed quite a bit of play in the 10AM GMT crown, before the display will click over. Similar play in the winding crown when setting time.

I've had other watches that showed some vagueness and play -- an Oris and Aquadive come to mind -- but didn't expect this from JLC.

My Tudor/Patek/AP/Rolex -- all are very precise and direct -- move the stem, move the hands/displays......

The obvious answer is to bring it in for a look under warranty. But how concerning is this do you think? Just a QC issue that needs a little tightening? Are they all like that? Is the watch destined to go back to Switzerland for a full monty overhaul?

Running great, looking even greater..........Name: IMG_20180323_115401.jpg
