JLC Hometime

I am interested in learning more about an older Hometime model, pictured below, from about 10 years ago I believe. I have seen it referred to online by model #s 1628120 and 1628420. Does anyone know if there are indeed two model #s and, if so, what the difference between them is?

PS if anyone has this watch I’d also be interested in your opinion of it
