New JLC MUT moon owner - need help setting time/date/moon

Hi, i just acquired a CPO MUT moon through AD.

Can someone help me on step by step setting the time/date/moon on my new watch? Do I need to set the date the day prior and then adjust the time to elapse to the current day? How do I adjust the moonphase accordingly?

The user manual online does not spell out the instructions.
