Hello Forum Members,
I'm new to join, but not new following many threads, and using information here to make intelligent buying decisions...I hope.
I've recently purchased a four year old JLC Reverso Grande 976. This is the first manual wind watch I've owned since the '70's. The winding mechanism is very tight, much more than I think I remember winding mechanisms to be. I wind until my fingers are sore ( approximately 30 turns). This will usually get me about 30 hours of use. The fact that it runs approximately 30 seconds fast per day doesn't bother me because I only wear it occasionally for a day or two. I am concerned about how difficult it is to wind. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Thanks for reading my post.
