After obsessing over Grand Seikos, I decided to diversify and look at some Swiss stuff. My friend has a Master Ultra Thin Moon so I researched JLC and the Memovox caught my eye. I'm specifically interested in ref. 144.8.94.S because of the black dial, no date, the red accents on the hands, and the display back which shows off the alarm function. I've scoured the web and WUS and there's little information about it. The consensus from my search is that the watch was produced from 1999-2002 and it's the only Memovox with a display back.
