Received this last week! I sold my Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe Chronograph in Ceramic to a well respected member of this forum and got myself a brand new Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control Geographic (39mm version - perfect size). I absolutely loved the amazing Bathyscaphe Chronograph Ceramic which was my grail watch since it's introduction at Basel 2014. I read so many articles, viewed countless pictures, and even tried it on at ADs around the world before pulling the trigger. It was one hell of a watch but I definitely did not make the most of it for sure. I literally used the chrono function maybe 4-5 times since I got it and found myself wearing my BLNR alot more while the Bathyscaphe stayed home. The Geographic is more suitable for me as I travel quite a bit internationally and am on the phone with different time zones when I am at home. The older version of this Geographic was nice but it never sang to me. The dial seemed a bit busy and cluttered. However, with this newer 39mm version, those crisp recessed subdials and the slimmer bezel was perfect. It's funny how the complications are the same as the previous versions but it seems less cluttered? maybe I'm delusional...The watch is visually pleasing and so far has been been extremely accurate (+3 per day).
Anyway, here's the Geographic and all 39mm of its glory!

Gone but not forgotten. Will hopefully be able to pick up another one in the future...
