In Europe I generally get 15% discount, how about the US?

Thinking of buying a new JLC soon and I'm wondering what the market inclination is here in the US. I'm located in Arizona. I'm used to buying in Europe and typically I get 15% discount off the retail price, and then get additional 14-16% VAT refund, so comes out to doing just little bit worse than 30% off. Retail in EU is about couple hundreds dollars higher than US i think? Something neglible like that. And if during Ramadan I'd expect to get 30 to 40% off retail in the UAE but they have no tax refund and retail tends to be a little higher so comes out about the same.

Whats the game in the US like? Never bought from an AD here before...

Any other countries cheaper? I'd happily fly to Papua Guinea if there's an AD cheaper there....
