Reverso Questions

Hi All

I'm hoping to get some advice on whether this Reverso looks authentic. I noticed that the serial number appears to be in italics, which i haven't seen before but then i'm no expert.

Also, does anyone have a view on whether the 'diamonds' could be professionally removed without ruining it? I understand from the seller that they are an aftermarket addition.
