Camille Fournet Made to Order Straps?

Looking for any recommendations on ordering custom straps from CF. I know they make the OEM straps for JLC, but i am looking for something a little more rugged for my Geophysic True Second. I'm considering a thicker calf leather strap or perhaps the Saint Germain canvas.

Any tips before i drop the $$$ on some custom straps?
