Geophysic universal time strap

Hey all,

I was looking for a new brown strap for my JLC geophysic universal time. I was trying to pull out a bit of color to play off the blues and reds and thought a golden hue would look good.

I also happen to love quick release so I tried some Barton straps. Not bad, but since the JlC has a quick release deployant I would like to fit that. Unfortunately, the Barton straps are too thick at the long end.

Anyone know whAt I should be looking for to fit that deployant? It might just be a standard JlC part but not sure.

And why can’t all straps just be quick release at this point.
